Our name draws inspiration from the Roman architect Marcus Vitruvius Pollio. His principles of proportion, material use and thoughtful building design inform our commitment to safer environments.

Practical expertise. A long-term view of safety.
Vinay brings over 37 years of international experience, including 32 years dedicated to fire safety and protection systems across the Middle East and South Asia.
His expertise spans fire protection system design, fire engineering, authority liaison, project management and compliance with NFPA, British Standards, the UAE Fire Code, Saudi Building Codes and the National Building Code of India.
His career includes work on airports, high-rise and mixed-use developments, petrochemical facilities, theme parks and critical infrastructure, including The Red Sea Development, NEOM and Dubai Creek Harbour.
As a speaker at fire safety conferences and a contributor to professional industry groups, he brings technical leadership and a commitment to practical, buildable solutions.
